This week we had a lot of fun making bird nest cookies for our Family Day party.


We melted half a bag of butterscotch chocolate chips and half a bag of milk chocolate chips.  We did this by putting them in a dish and then putting that dish in a bowl of hot water.

Then the kids added 4 cups of Oriental noodles.  They stirred and stirred.



We gave each of them a spoonful.  Then, they made a little hole for their jelly bean eggs.  Of course they licked their fingers after.




After we put them in the fridge for about 15 minutes to harden them and then we ate them.  Very easy and a lot of fun in the Spring!
